As part of its renewed efforts, the committee is conducting a series of meetings throughout the seven communities served by the Chamber—Ashburnham, Barre, Gardner, Hubbardston, Templeton, Westminster, and Winchendon. These discussions are designed to gather input directly from local businesses, nonprofit organizations, community stakeholders, and municipal leaders regarding the opportunities and challenges facing each community.
Through these conversations, the committee aims to:
- Identify key local and regional priorities.
- Strengthen communication between the Chamber and community stakeholders.
- Advocate for policies that support businesses and economic development.
- Foster collaboration among municipalities on shared challenges and opportunities.
- Inform state and regional leaders about issues affecting the Greater Gardner region.
The information collected will help guide the Chamber’s advocacy efforts and ensure that the voices of local employers and community leaders are represented in legislative and policy discussions.
Business owners, community leaders, and interested residents are encouraged to participate and share their perspectives. By working together, we can build stronger communities and create a more vibrant regional economy.
