Fidelity Bank Expands Cash Management Team to Help Business Clients Meet Their Goals

Fidelity Bank announced the appointment of Howard T. Carney, Jr. to Cash Management Analyst, as it expands their Cash Management team. Carney joins Jennifer Conrad, currently serving in her recently expanded role of Senior Vice President, Cash Management Sales, to provide business owners and municipalities with care, clarity, and confidence in understanding their banking, cash flow cycles, and overall cash management to get business owners where they want to be.

Conrad and Carney will be based at the Fidelity Bank Front Street banking center located in downtown Worcester. As the newest banking center in the Fidelity Bank service area, the Front Street banking center offers business and municipal clients with access to cash management experts right in the heart of downtown Worcester. The banking center also serves as a place for Fidelity Bank to host events and programs, including financial education programs, and health and wellness classes.

Conrad has more than 20 years of experience in commercial and government banking sectors, with 14 years working in various roles at Fidelity Bank. As a member of the Cash Management team, Conrad helps clients make the best decisions about their cash management options through the Fidelity Bank LifeDesign Banking approach. A resident of Worcester, she earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Assumption College and is a member of the National Automated Clearing House Association and the Association of Financial Professionals. An active member in the community, Conrad is involved with various programs at the Worcester Regional Chamber of Commerce, the SHINE Initiative and the United Way of Central Massachusetts. She also serves as a board member of the Women’s Information Network and Aging Services of North Central Massachusetts. Conrad was recognized by the Worcester Business Journal with a 40 Under Forty Award in 2012 and has received awards for excellence in service and performance at Fidelity Bank.

With more than 20 years of experience, Carney will be responsible for providing care, clarity and transparency for clients while also helping to drive revenue and deposits. Most recently, he served as a Branch Supervisor and Assistant Branch Manager at Bay State Savings Bank. A resident of Charlton, Carney earned a bachelor’s degree in Public and Community Service Studies from Providence College and holds a certificate in Banking from the New England School for Financial Studies.

Fidelity Bank Cash Management services include internet banking, fraud mitigation tools, merchant services, sweep accounts, and account reconciliation payment options for security and efficiency. As the bank enhances its cash management account offerings and services over the next few months, Conrad and Carney will work in collaboration with John P. Pacheco Jr., Vice President, Business Development Officer in North Central and Central Massachusetts, to ensure business and municipal clients understand the complexities of today’s business environment.
