65th Annual Summer Outing & Robert Langlois Memorial Golf Tournament

Wednesday, August 4, 2010

 

Join us for the biggest and best outing for Greater Gardner area businesses!

Treat yourself and your employees to a day of fun in the sun including a friendly game of golf.  Golfers are invited to register as a group or as individuals. The tournament will be scored as a SCRAMBLE at Gardner Municipal Golf Course with a shotgun start at 10:00 a.m.  Groups registering a full foursome will receive a $10 discount per player. 

After the golf tourney, join us for dinner at the Polish American Citizens Club, 171 Kendall Pond West, Gardner.  Non-golfers are also welcome to attend the evening’s festivities at the PACC including the Annual Silent Auction beginning at 4:00 pm. The main Entrée is served at 6:00 pm. 

This is the perfect opportunity to catch up with your friends, to revel in the spectacular summer weather, and of course enjoy an amazing dinner prepared by McNally’s! Enjoy a day in the sun with friends and colleagues, and support the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce by participating in our Outing, Golf Tourney and Silent Auction!

Annual Silent Auction

Items are already coming in for the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce’s annual Silent Auction!  From furniture to gift certificates to sporting events, hundreds of local businesses donate to our biggest fundraiser of the year.

Donors will be featured in the Auction Catalog of Items and merchandise will be on display at the Annual Outing event on August 4.

Sponsorship on the Green

Take advantage of this fantastic advertising opportunity for your business by sponsoring a tee or green on the golf course.  Each sponsor will receive a sign prominently displayed at a green or tee.  Sponsors are encouraged to set up a table on the course and distribute refreshments and giveaways to the players.
